I live in Denmark and was on a 2-day (June 2010) trip to OB, where a friend took me for breakfast at Shades. I had and have been craving ever since your banana-nut pancakes.
Beautiful location, would love to have breakfast there every morning :-)

My favourite is Salmon Scramble, and my husbands is Salom Benedict, what great dishes. Love Shades, the food, service, view and outside patio.
